- Counsel students on higher study opportunities in
- Australia, UK, Malaysia
- Assist with university and program selection, scholarship guidance, and application submissions.
- Support students with admissions, SOP/GTE/CAS/UKVI preparation, visa documentation, and financial requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with university policies, admission updates, and immigration regulations.
- Manage student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins; maintain records in CRM systems.
- Meet monthly student recruitment targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
