Position Summary

The Senior Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through corporate client acquisition and relationship management within the IT training and certification sector. The role focuses on promoting the organization’s training solutions — such as technical upskilling, certification programs, and customized learning solutions — to corporate clients, government bodies, and enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients requiring IT training and workforce development solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D managers, CIOs, and training heads within client organizations.

  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT training solutions, including customized learning programs, workshops, and certification packages.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to corporate clients.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value corporate training deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with the training delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth program execution.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and certification trends (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.) to effectively position offerings.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.

  • Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, conferences, and networking functions to build brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 3-5years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, ideally in IT training, education,

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and corporate training needs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently, manage complex sales cycles, and maintain a consultative sales approach.

  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.

  • Consultative selling and solution-oriented mindset, & Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

  • Number of new corporate accounts acquired, Client retention and satisfaction levels.

  • Quality and conversion rate of proposals and leads.
