• Process visa applications for various countries (USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen & All Countries) efficiently and accurately.
• Assess visa eligibility, verify documents, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Ensure application forms are complete and fees are paid.
• Schedule and conduct visa interviews if you need to.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of applicant information
• Provide excellent customer service to visa applicants.
• Please respond to questions via phone, email, or in-person appointments.
• Stay updated on visa policies, immigration laws, and regulations for the specified countries.
• Generate reports on visa application trends, approval rates, and potential issues.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in visa processing.
• Continuously improve and streamline visa application procedures.
