Minimum 2–4 years experience in visa consultancy.
Strong knowledge of visa procedures and documentation.
Excellent communication skills (Bangla & English).
Client-handling and counseling skills are mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, email).
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide expert guidance on visa processes (Study, Tourist, Work, Immigration).
Handle client consultations confidently and professionally.
Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa options.
Prepare, review, and submit visa applications accurately.
Maintain strong follow-up with clients until visa decision.
Coordinate with embassies, agents, and internal teams.
Maintain proper documentation and client records.
Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
