∎ 4-6 years of experience in commercial operations, with at least 3 years in a senior role in knit garments industry. Additional experience will be considered a strong advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, LC management, and logistics.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
∎ Strong knowledge about MS office tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and supervise all bond-related operations, including banking coordination, in-bond and ex-bond procedures, bond license audit, Utilization Declaration (UD) and capacity expansion initiatives.
∎ Manage and supervise all Incentive-related operations.
∎ Manage and supervise the board of Investment and textile directorate.
∎ Manage all commercial activities, including LC (Letter of Credit), export documentation, and import clearances.
∎ Ensure smooth shipment processes and timely delivery of goods to buyers.
∎ Coordinate with banks, customs, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
∎ Act as the key liaison between buyers and internal departments (production, finance, compliance)·
∎ Maintain strong relationships with buyers, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Negotiate terms of LC/Purchase Contracts/Sales Contract/BTB LC with buyers and suppliers.
∎ Monitor production schedules, lead times, and shipment timelines to meet buyer requirements.
∎ Manage cost optimization in logistics, import duties, and procurement.
∎ Analyze commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Ensure all export-import documentation complies with legal and buyer standards.
∎ Prepare periodic reports on commercial operations, shipments, and risks.
