∎ Overall purposes of the role: Under the supervision of the GBV Coordinator and GBV Programme Manager, the Senior Case Manager Take leading role on GBV Case Management and GBVIMS+ Primero. The Senior Case Manager oversees case management and psychosocial services and ensures women and girls who are survivors of and or at risk of GBV receive quality services that are needed and desired. She is also responsible for training and supervising Response Officers and case workers on GBV case management and GBVIMS+. She will represent DCA in GBV sub-sector level in Cox`s Bazar and work as Case management and GBVIMS Focal Point.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementation:
∎ Rolled out GBVIMS+ in camp locations
∎ Oversee all GBVIMS+ Primero and ensuring the case management filing system and data management quality
∎ Take leading role on GBVIMS+/ Primero supervision
∎ Develop capacity development of national staffs in CM, CCS, GBVIMS+ Primero, case management filing, data protection policies in related internal case management
∎ Represent organization in GBVIMS Taskforce and other requirement by Programme Manager.
∎ Ensure written reports to donors and orgs' senior staff are of the highest quality and completed in a timely manner.
∎ Participate in the development of the case management and Psychosocial Support (PSS) tools and resources, GBVinformation materials, and PSS activities women and girls in target communities, and support their implementation.
∎ Initiate, oversee and ensure proper use of the referral pathway in the provision of case management services.
∎ Perform document review for completeness, accuracy, and clarity of documentation submitted by Response Officers and case workers.
∎ Ensure quality input of data through GBV Information Management System (GBVIMS/GBVIMS+) and activity, M&E tools and systems, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and GBV principles.Page 2 of 3
∎ Analyze the information about GBV incidents and clients accessing the services and make recommendations to improve service delivery at GBV sub-sector level.
∎ Support staff recruitment, orientation and training in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.
∎ Recommend, develop and implement capacity building/development plan for program staff based on documented capacity needs assessment.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual progress report.
∎ Organize and participate in frequent and regular monitoring visits including with donors, if required.
∎ Monitor data collection to ensure that staff collects data in safe and ethical ways.
∎ Staff Supervision & Development:
∎ Provide ongoing supervision, support, mentoring and guidance to Response officer and Case workers to ensure service delivery meets the highest quality standards and adheres to GBV best practice and guiding principles.
∎ Hold regular planning and debriefing sessions with team members at community based safe spaces.
∎ Carry out performance evaluation and ensure the documentation for direct reports is in place and followed up regularly.
∎ Mentor and support staff professional development and foster a positive team spirit to encourage innovative and quality programming.
∎ Ensure direct reports understand and follow DCA and donor Policies and Procedures.

∎ Strong knowledge and working experience in GBVIMS and GBVIMS+.
∎ Experience supervising and supporting employees.
∎ Strong belief in and commitment to human rights and gender equality. Strong understanding of case management principles, procedures, and practices, psychosocial support and life skills programming to promote survivor healing and recovery.
∎ Knowledgeable about GBV, crisis intervention, counselling skills and techniques.Page 3 of 3 Excellent communication & analytical skills & ability to present ideas effectively, in both oral and written form.
