Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ BBA (Major in Marketing/ Finance/ Accounting/ Management) from any reputed university/ Institution
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Consulting Firms, Financial Consultants, Investment/Merchant Banking, Market Research Firms, Research Organization
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set business plans, marketing strategies and implement tactical action to achieve organization objectives.
∎ Searching Potential market for business expansion.
∎ Close Follow Up and Monitoring of each activity and marketing actions.
∎ Set Digital marketing strategy and action for the company.
∎ Maintain strong communication with our potential clients on a regular basis.
∎ Demonstration and presentation of our services to potential clients
∎ Business visit in corporate houses, banks, leasing companies, manufacturing industries etc. on a regular basis
∎ Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings and other information that affects business strategies
∎ Identify areas for improvement in product/service offerings, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
∎ Maintain client database & follow instructions of immediate supervisor
∎ Any other day-to-day task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: FMCG Sales & Marketing, International/ Export Marketing
∎ Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
∎ Problem-solving, creative thinking & decision-making skills.
∎ Should be responsible, honest, passionate and never give up mentality
∎ Must be an expert in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint), email communication and social media network.
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
∎ Self-motivated and energetic
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Should Be Well Conversant.
∎ Presentable with Good Manner.
∎ Willing to work long hour office
∎ A team player with a customer-oriented approach
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Two (02) Festival bonus as per company policy
