Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated, and aggressive Customer Support Executives who will be responsible for generating sales & maintaining proper lead management over the phone & other activities. As a part of the sales team, you will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem solving attitude & maintain good customer relationships.
∎ Set business plans, Sales & Marketing Strategies and implement tactical action to achieve organization objectives.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with customers and continuously endeavor to build new relationships.
∎ Preparation of Daily/Monthly Call Report and analyze them
∎ Searching Potential market for business expansion.
∎ Close Follow Up and Monitoring of each activity and marketing actions.
∎ Maintain strong communication with potential corporate clients on a regular basis.
∎ Business visit in corporate houses, banks, manufacturing industries etc. on a regular basis.
∎ Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings and other information that affects business strategies.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in product/service offerings, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
∎ Any other day-to-day task assigned by the Management
