Ability to relate with a diverse group of people & can handle customer queries
Responsibilities & Context: Build and maintain strong relationships with client base
Processing customer requirements accurately and in a timely manner
Liaising with internal customers and ensuring business objectives are met
Promoting the Company Services and establishing the brand image
Provide detailed information for all kinds of services provided by the company
Maintaining high standards in servicing customers
Maintaining strong professionalism while communication
Other responsibilities as per requirement
