  • Must know English and Bangla typing

  • Should be talkative, energetic, sincere & have a good sense of humor

  • Be professional, and courteous, and know proper phone etiquette

  • Ability to relate with a diverse group of people & can handle customer queries



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client base

  • Processing customer requirements accurately and in a timely manner

  • Liaising with internal customers and ensuring business objectives are met

  • Promoting the Company Services and establishing the brand image

  • Provide detailed information for all kinds of services provided by the company

  • Maintaining high standards in servicing customers

  • Maintaining strong professionalism while communication

  • Other responsibilities as per requirement
