Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build the strategy and roadmap, and secure stakeholder support, to implement initiatives that will successfully scale the business model and achieve growth targets that is increase the number of child sponsorship for the Education Programme, with a focus on JAAGO's vision and mission.
∎ Make strategic recommendations and secure stakeholder support to develop efficiencies in campaign delivery that serve to standardize partnerships.
∎ Oversee the creation and reporting of the analytics dashboard to support accurate campaign reporting against department performance objectives.
∎ Leverage campaign performance insights and develop effective action plans to identify and capture business opportunities in order to further optimize growth and secure stakeholder engagement.
∎ Build, lead, and review work of the creative and digital department of the JAAGO Foundation in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
∎ Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative and digital team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner to increase the number of child sponsorship.
∎ Collaborate with the partnership and child welfare department in developing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for more child sponsors.
∎ Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day delivery and budget management of the brand partnerships revenue and profit margin targets.
∎ Responsible for 360-degree planning, implementation and monitoring of campaigns and events.
∎ Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
∎ Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need and the competitive landscape (for education programme, youth programme and JAAGO Women).
∎ Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses.
∎ Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure all related processes are compliant, including but not limited to revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
∎ Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report on creative and digital outcomes and forecast.
∎ Set, monitor and evaluate targets to ensure the team is meeting objectives.
∎ Manage and structure a team of specialists, ensuring consistent, on-time delivery of best in class digital marketing initiatives.
∎ Hold weekly one-on-ones, conduct performance reviews, analyze individual KPIs and assess promotion readiness to help each contributor evolve in their roles.
∎ Work with the Senior Leadership to gauge and monitor team engagement and implement solutions to create a transparent, collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members, catalyzing growth through coaching and team building.
∎ Assess current and future team resource needs while developing talent that can scale with the needs of the business.
∎ Work with Senior Leadership to establish the Resource Plan for the direct team.
∎ Collaborate with Senior Leadership to establish the short-term objectives for the department and ensure teams engaged towards achieving the department's missions.
∎ Actively participate in building an atmosphere of openness, honesty, respect, and collaboration across the Marketing department.
∎ Create and share communication and impact data with the organisation.
∎ Contribute communication materials prepared by the organisation.
∎ Identify external opportunities to highlight work strategically to targeted stakeholders.
