Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure effective project execution, stakeholder engagement, and impact-driven interventions. Work closely with program teams, partners, and community members to promote gender-sensitive, youth-friendly, and rights-based approaches in all programmatic areas.
∎ Develop Project Detail Implementation Plan (DIP) and budget preparation.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly work plans in accordance with overall operational plan.
∎ Work distribution to responsibilities team members and provide necessary guidance.
∎ Ensure and to develop staff capacity building through training and teaching new skills.
∎ Conduct field visit at project area, supervise and monitor field team members a regular basis and provide necessary feedback.· Assist senior team members to organize meeting, training and workshop as per project plan.
∎ Analysis staff knowledge, skill and experience to find out the gaps and to provide necessary guidance, backstopping and accompaniment to fulfil these.
∎ Guide the technical team and ensure quality of all training programs and related documentations.
∎ Assist Technical team to develop curriculum, training modules, materials and handouts for training.
∎ Ensure an enabling environment where staffs can easily share their experience and leaning from other colleagues.
∎ Comply policies and ensure compliance regarding awareness of all the team members.
∎ Build relationship with local level respective stakeholders related with the projects.
∎ Ensure adequate financial control, proper governing and monitoring to the expenditure of fund.
∎ Ensure timely procurement, store and supply of materials for effective implementation of all program activities.
∎ Assist Technical Officer-SRHR, Technical Officer-SOYEE, Technical Officer- Education and M&E Officer to set work priority and field activities implementation also to prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly and special event report.
∎ Ensure all sorts of project reports considering requirements of donor and Mukti management.
∎ Collect and make hard and soft copies of all documents produced by the project - including training reports, M&E reports, position papers, etc.
∎ Communicate directly with respective program focal of donor in case of project related issues.
∎ Support senior management to prepare different type of report as per requirements.
∎ Responsible to do any other task assigned by management.
∎ Safeguarding and PSEA: To meet the program's objectives for safeguarding and PSEA implementation, make sure team members are protected from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. Serve as a major resource for help, direction, and knowledge on safeguarding & Child protection for developing a safe workplace. To ensure that safeguarding standards are used in every course of action, team members should practice, advocate, and embrace safeguarding policy concerns.

In continuation of that, Mukti Cox’s Bazar is seeking " Project Coordinator " for UNICEF funded project titled " Girls Get Equal 2.0: Realising rights and building resilience ". The project will be implemented in technical partnership with Plan International Bangladesh.
