∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Knowledge of the NGO Sector
∎ Knowledge of ICT and website maintenance.
∎ Sound IT literacy with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet.
∎ Understanding of written and spoken English and Bangla
∎ Proficiency in operating graphics design software i.e. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
∎ Well versed in handling website (Laravel PHP application framework)
∎ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

∎ Job Context:
∎ Nagorik Uddyog (NU) is a Bangladeshi national level human rights and development organization and has been working since 1995 to protect and promote human rights and bring positive changes in the life of disadvantaged and marginalized groups. Nagorik Uddyog is looking for a capable individual for the positon of ‘Communication and Documentation Associate’. This position is responsible for process documentation of Nagorik Uddyog’s project through developing various visual contents, writing reports, preparing e-newsletters, maintaining the project website, managing the organization’s social media accounts, and providing the required support for successful project implementation.
∎ Job Responsibilities
