∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed public and private Universities. Masters in Marketing is also eligible to apply
∎ Skills Required: Brand Planning/ Development, Business Analysis, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Microsoft PowerPoint, Understanding of Digital Platform Social Media Handles

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Communication, Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing brands from scratch and finding out competitive edges.
∎ Formulating competitive strategy and marketing mix to build up brand equity.
∎ Assisting to Make and implement annual marketing plan to achieve growth of market share.
∎ Identifying business opportunities in terms of market potential and latent consumer demand.
∎ Coordinating new product/ SKUs development as well as the extension of the existing product range.
∎ Observing market trends and activities of the competitor brands on various platforms.
∎ Forecasting demand and consumption of assigned product and SKUs.
∎ Partaking in consumer and household research to understand usage and demand patterns.
∎ Planning & Implementing Digital/Media engagement to ensure alignment with a marketing objective.
∎ Visiting markets and consumer hubs to find out insights about purchase behavior.
∎ Other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor and the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Experienced in Marketing Agencies will be preferred. Excellent communication skills (with creative writing) both in Bangla & English is must.

Salary: Negotiable
