∎ Maintain and refactor the Python backend codebase.
∎ Integrate with multiple third-parties
∎ Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
∎ Research and implement ways to improve chatbot responses.
∎ Bonus: implement LLM evaluation practices.
∎ Mentor other engineers in the team.
∎ And for front-end/full-stack role:Build and maintain the web portal using Next.js and TypeScript.Enhance the dashboard using Angular 16.Improve usability of the system by closely analyzing how customers use the product.
