• Develop innovative and sustainable architectural concepts for residential and commercial developments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution

• Manage and coordinate architectural resources, both internal and external, to meet project deadlines.

• Ensure all architectural plans and designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and permits.

• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals for projects.

• Establish and maintain quality standards for architectural designs, materials, and workmanship.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of architectural work.

• Promote a collaborative and creative work environment within the architectural department.
