Lead and mentor a team of architects, draftsmen, and designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Develop innovative and sustainable architectural concepts for residential and commercial developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution
Manage and coordinate architectural resources, both internal and external, to meet project deadlines.
Ensure all architectural plans and designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and permits.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals for projects.
Establish and maintain quality standards for architectural designs, materials, and workmanship.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of architectural work.
Promote a collaborative and creative work environment within the architectural department.
Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to promote sustainability and innovation in our projects
