Corporate Finance, Finance Management, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly financial statements;
∎ Maintain company’s all papers & particulars as per legal aspect;
∎ Attend receivable/credit management & collection meeting with operations & sales department for reviewing receivable & collection position, find out difficulties for collection and take further necessary action to expedite collection on time;
∎ Prepare, update & reconcile receivable statement for local customers and communicate & pursue to collect payment smoothly to maintain standard settlement procedures;
∎ Prepare payable reconciliation statement & confirm on time payment to airlines, shipping lines & vendors;
∎ Maintain intercompany transactions, Overseas payments, FDI reporting, monthly VAT return and AIT challan management;
∎ Check all types of bill, voucher and supporting documents to comply the company policies and involve to make payment to suppliers, vendors and agents when required for day to day business & office operations;
∎ Treasury management and oversee overall banking related works;
∎ Maintain encashment management and carry out instructions as and when assigned by the management.
