Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in related discipline from any recognized university/ institute.
∎ However, higher professional degrees or equivalent qualification in the relevant field will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain effective liaison with and give support to all other relevant departments in relevant work/activities,
∎ Maintain regular and close liaison with relevant government offices like police station, local administration, utility service providers, banks etc.
∎ Prepare, collate and preserve all relevant documents, reports readily available for further usages.
∎ Assist internal and external audits in conducting audit related activities.
∎ Prepare, maintain and ensure timely submission of all financial reports, bills.
∎ Render support to the regular activities related to admin., Accounts, Finance of the divisional centre.
∎ Ensure that all accounts and financial related transactions are recorded properly and timely.
∎ Ensure that all transactions are done through using banking channels,
∎ Assist in timely payment of wages, salaries, overtime, bills etc relating to the centre.
∎ Check all vouchers/bills accordingly and seek necessary approval and payment as per CRP policy/guidelines in a timely manner,
∎ Ensure proper inventory and stock maintenance of the divisional centre's assets,
∎ Ensure compliance with Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax) rules and regulations,
∎ Render all applicable administrative support to the centre and in its operations.
∎ Ensure proper cleanliness, security of the material and human resources based and placed at the centre .
∎ Maintain Project budget tracking, reporting and preparation of audit report.
∎ Ensure procurement according to CRP Policy and guideline.
∎ Ready to travel any part of Bangladesh for official purpose.
∎ Supervise admin & finance staffs of the centre.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sufficient knowledge in computer (esp. tally software).
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Skill in Bangla typing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and quick decision maker.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary: Tk. 37519 (Monthly)
