Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Voucher Prepare (Sales- Export, Receive, Bank payment and party payable).
Daily all voucher entry in the Accounting software.
Daily updated cash book, bank book & cash flow management forward to Management.
Prepare Monthly Bank reconciliation statement, year ended financial statement & face to Auditor,
Prepare monthly accounts Statement – PL & BS sent to Japan Office.
Liaison with tax consultant for company tax return submits.
Liaison with VISA agent for foreign employees work permit, VISA extension & Air ticket purchase.
Any other accounts related works as per instruction of GM and MD.
Location: Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna
