Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 5 to 6 years

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking

• 5 to 6 years

• Age At least 30 years

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accountant.

• Profound experience typical accounting procedures.

• At least 5 to 6 years proven Experience in Accounts/Finance department.

• Age limitation: 30 to 38 years.

• Have completed CA degree will be added as advantage.

• Good Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP),

• Good Knowledge in Financial accounting statements and business trends.

• Hands - on experience with accounting software packages like FreshBooks & QuickBooks.

• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP & pivot tables.

• Relevant certification (CMA or CPA) will be preferred.

• Assist with booking accurate and high quality accounting entries for our Asia support offices in Bangladesh, Nepal, India.

• Assist in month end closing and reporting.

• Support general ledger reporting and variance analysis

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and weekly bank reconciliations

• Maintain strong accounting controls in line with relevant accounting standards and group policies

• Perform daily accounting operations and assist in ad hoc duties as and when required

• Develop and implement of organization`s accounts & financial goals and providing strategic direction to ensure the goals.

• Facilitates top management decision-making by conducting appropriate analysis of data and compilation of relevant statistical analysis.

• Carries out feasibility study of new services and innovations from a financial perspective. Develop internal control, Financial accounting system, Cost accounting system, Cash management system, Inventory and asset management system.

• Advice on how to increase revenue, reduce cost and business expansion so as to create a modern, efficient and profitable organization.

• Ensure the company is fully compliant accounting with Tax, Vat, BOI, RJSC, Internal and External audit.

• Review all fund management process including documentation, tracks receipts of funds and reviews interest and principal payments to be made.

• To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when required.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday, Working Hour: 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM, Weekend: Sunday. We offer 2 increments in a year and Position changing increments.
