Responsibilities & Context:
- Target-oriented Seed Potato Production through Contract Growers or own Lease Land.
- Candidates having experience related to Contract Farming Seed Potato Production will be preferred.
- To select Seed Potato-based Production Block on basis of land quality, irrigation & drainage system.
- Prepare block approval documents and timely submit to the Supervisor.
- Arranged Farmers meeting and complete Agreement with Contract Growers.
- Impute distribution among the contract growers properly and timely.
- Regular field visits & provided technical support to the contract growers.
- To maintain Spray schedule of Fungicide and Insecticide for quality of seed potato production.
- To ensure the quality seed potato production by contract growers.
- To ensure proper Field Curing, Shade Curing, Sorting and Grading of Seed Potato.
- To ensure the Roughing of seed potato field properly.
- To ensure Seed Potato Collection and Storage smoothly.
- All data collection & update regularly of farmers and seed potato field.
- Maintain Stock and all Documents regularly.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
