Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Dynamic & Enthusiastic Sr. Supervisor- Security, who will assist Security In charge for successful security operations.
∎ Job Location-Mohanpur , matlab north, Chandpur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make safety and security patrols of tourist, hotel guests, property and facility and respond to and record any unusual circumstances.
∎ Protect guests and employees from harm and prevent theft and/or destruction of hotel property.
∎ Observes to all people whose are entering and exit.
∎ Identifying power within short time of any suspicious behavioral person.
∎ Quick decision-making power absence of superior.
∎ Investigate and handle complaints, incidences, accidents and emergencies.
∎ Ensure that policies, procedures, rules and regulations are enforced.
∎ Ensure and maintain key control.
∎ Report/address all unsafe conditions immediately.
∎ Need to know Using process of all security equipment, CC Camera, Fire Panel System, Luggage Scanner and Fire Equipment.
∎ Maintain vehicle register and condition every in and out time as per company rule.
∎ Keep eyes on guest vehicles parking time and location.
∎ Car lifts observation.
∎ Knowledge on regular fire test.
∎ Outside visitor information deliver on due time to related dept. and if h/s gets permission for entering then give him or her visitor pass and take the pass to confirm his/her leave.
∎ To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post; attendance; use of security equipment; dress standard; training etc.
∎ Any other job assigned by the higher management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service
∎ Minimum 05-08 years working experience in Security Department and minimum 3 years in similar position (Star Hotel at local or abroad).
∎ Fluently speaking and writing capability in English.
∎ Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation affecting the Security role.
∎ Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication, Influencing, negotiating and engagement skills.
∎ Basic IT skills with a working knowledge of the range of MS Office packages and Knowledge of electronic security systems.
∎ Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a 'hands on', problem solving approach, able to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents.
