∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Proficiency in writing and speaking in English.
∎ Strong understanding of situational crisis handling.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to use security devices.
∎ Ability to lead the security team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure 24 hours Security service of the Club.
∎ Monitor and control the duties of Club Security Team and overall operation of security services.
∎ Ensure safety, safeguard and protection of the club assets/ properties.
∎ Ensure exit and entry with keeping accurate records in register as per rules of the club.
∎ Ensure register entry of all authorized guests/visitors and vendors.
∎ Monitoring the duties and responsibilities of security supervisors & guards.
∎ Prepare & monitor the duty roster of the security supervisor, guards.
∎ Maintain security staffs leave and weakened as per roster.
∎ Ensure all goods/food/food items/parcels and other materials are in/out with authorized gate pass/challan/invoice & keeping records.
∎ Patrolling the Club premises to prevent and detect the hazards intrusion and  security threats
∎ Maintain Club opening & closing in due time and ensure all doors and windows are closed properly.
∎ Ensure the custody of all keys of different sections of the club.
∎ Investigate and prepare reports of all unexpected happenings.
∎ Ensure the training and development of security staffs regularly.
∎ Liaison with law enforcing agencies.
∎ Ensure deployment/ hiring security staffs in mass social gathering as and when required.
∎ Ensure Fire Safety equipment is maintained.
∎ Ensure protocols and traffic controls in VIP movement.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the club authority.
