Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees, instructs, and coordinates the activities of Security Attendants for all ShopUp premises.
∎ Onboard an effective partner for delivering security as a service and evaluate their performances
∎ Monitor security for all premises and trigger alarm for any activity that raises suspicion
∎ Conduct inspections and assess security risk for all premises and recommend necessary interventions
∎ Maintain a security log of all activities and incidents occurring during the shift, inspection and report
∎ Gain security intelligence for proactive interventions
∎ Maintain liaison and rapport with local law enforcement agencies for necessary support in case of business need
∎ Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
∎ Budget preparation for security operations and monitor expenses
