- Candidate is preferable retired Surgent of Army-Recent rtd-2/3 years.
- Practical Service Experience: Minimum-2/3 Years in a RMG Organization/Garments Factory.
- Preference will be given to retired Army personnel.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Candidate should be highly Observant & Objectively assessing the security of a situation that's prevailing inside the company premises & its neighboring.
- Ability to installing security system & controls of security man & procedure.
- Ability to ensuring all public access & security of all personnel & visitors.
- Apprehending trespassers & perpetrators motive.
- Knowledge of Investigation on suspicious Incident, behavior & breaching security norms.
- Monitoring skill for factory premises & Patrolling Good Communication skill with visitors, all department & officials.
- General skill for goods receiving & in-out procedure.
- Skill on good monitoring CCTV suspicious event & making report for management. Communication skill to Govt. Law enforcing department will be an additional-skillness.
- Capable to make duty schedule / roster for 35 security personnel & maintain their discipline.
- Good knowledge of security equipment & instruments those are using.
