∎ Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B environment.
∎ Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
∎ Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs).
∎ Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
∎ Desirable Skills:
∎ Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website administrations.
∎ Experience in content marketing and digital PR.
∎ Knowledge of international SEO strategies

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role is essential for enhancing the online visibility of the B2B website and driving targeted leads, especially from the specified geographical areas. The SEO Manager needs to be adept at both the technical and creative aspects of SEO and be able to work effectively across different teams.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ SEO Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits of the website to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement an SEO strategy that aligns with the company's lead generation goals in specific geographies. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
∎ Keyword Research and Optimization: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords relevant to the target geographies. Optimize website content, including Meta tags, headings, and body content, for selected keywords.
∎ Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content that appeals to the target B2B audience. Ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement.
∎ Link Building and Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute a link-building strategy that emphasizes quality and relevance, particularly in targeted regions. Engage in digital PR and content distribution to build brand visibility and backlinks.
∎ Local SEO: Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in specific geographical areas.
∎ Manage local listings and ensure consistency in NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) across directories.
∎ Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and other key SEO metrics. Analyze performance data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Regularly report on SEO progress and initiatives to stakeholders.
∎ Technical SEO: Ensure the website's technical health supports SEO efforts, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl ability. Work closely with the development team to implement necessary technical changes.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure SEO strategies are integrated with overall marketing and business goals. Provide SEO training and guidance to other teams as needed.
