Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in Django
• Strong knowledge of Django REST Framework
• PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing)
• Celery + Redis
• Docker & deployment knowledge
• API security & authentication systems
• Experience in SaaS multi-tenant architecture
• Git workflow (branching strategy)

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

• Experience in ERP systems
• Experience in Healthcare / Telemedicine systems
• WebSocket / FastAPI knowledge
• AI Integration (RAG / OpenAI / embeddings)
• Knowledge Graph / Neo4j experience
• DevOps basics (Nginx, Gunicorn)

About the Role

• We are building a scalable SaaS-based ERP ecosystem and an AI-integrated Telemedicine platform.
• We are looking for 3 experienced Senior Django Developers who can design, build, and scale complex backend systems with clean architecture and production-grade stability.
• This is not a basic CRUD job. We need problem-solvers.

Core Responsibilities

• Design scalable backend architecture for multi-tenant SaaS ERP
• Build high-performance REST APIs (Django + DRF)
• Implement background task systems (Celery / Redis)
• Design role-based access systems (RBAC)
• Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL)
• Integrate AI modules (RAG / OpenAI / Vector DB)
• Develop secure Telemedicine data pipelines
• Work with WebSocket / real-time communication
• Ensure security best practices (JWT, OAuth, encryption)
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code
