Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Finance Executive is the person responsible for the overall financial health of our company. The ideal candidate shares our commitment to understand, care, and guide internal financial decisions involving portfolio management, investment planning, tax minimization, risk management, asset purchases, and sales. As a member of our team, you'll join like-minded professionals continually focused on sharpening skills and knowledge to remain at the top of our industry. Successful candidates should:
∎ Oversee day to day accounting and financial operations of the company which includes tracking expenses.
∎ Manage the company's cash flow effectively and efficiently.
∎ Ensure that all record keeping of the company are updated on a daily basis and meets the requirement of the International as well as Bangladesh Accounting Standard.
∎ Reconcile Bank transactions on a monthly basis.
∎ Formulate company's future plan and support initiatives to achieve financial target.
∎ Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual budget of the company and conducting variance analysis of actual performance against budget performance.
∎ Should have a clear concept of Accounts and Finance, Tax, and VAT for ITES companies.
∎ Must be capable to prepare financial statements independently.
∎ Prepare financial reports and projections from time to time as required by the Management.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
