Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing neonatal cases, especially those who will be referred from the CC/Community.
∎ Provide nursing care to the patients admitted in the inpatient wards performing roster duties as and when needed to cover 24/7 services.
∎ Provide support to keep the patient's treatment and other documentation.
∎ Support for Caesarean operations, both as scheduled / elective and emergency operations.
∎ Assist the doctors with ward rounds and post-operative cases.
∎ Assist to prepare periodic reports and other requests for information as required.
∎ Provide support to keep the patient's treatment and other documentation.
∎ Provide quantification of SCANU supplies for ordering from the warehouse to avoid stock out.
∎ Facilitate referrals and assisted the transportation of critical cases to functioning Tertiary health facilities or hospitals when required in accordance with organization mandate and procedures directly or through health partners.
∎ Coordinate with data entry operators to collect medical information and other details into DHIS2 with maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Perform such other relevant duties assigned by the line manager and supervisor.
∎ Maintain functional relations with and accountability to the in charge of the respective Health Facility.
∎ Conduct physical exams.
∎ Take detailed healthcare histories.
∎ Listen to patients and analyze their physical and emotional needs.
∎ Provide counseling and health care education to parents.
∎ Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists.
∎ Stay current with advances in health care options, medications, and treatment plans.
∎ Draw blood, and perform other health-related testing.
∎ Check neonatal vital signs and other procedures.
∎ Completed Diploma (minimum 3 years course) or BSc in Nursing from an accredited academic institution; and recognized & registered by Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council.
∎ Should have experience in Health Project particularly, in Field level which is related with SCANU and CN.
∎ At least 1 year of working experience. Knowledge and experience with working in the field of public health.
∎ High degree of judgment and initiative; ability to work with a high degree of independence within assigned areas.
∎ Responsible for:

∎ Education and Relevant experience:
