- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in training, preferably in telecom, fintech, or retail industrie
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to travel and conduct field training across regions.
- Fluency in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in sales, retail operations, or EMI programs.
- Ability to motivate and engage participants in training sessions.
- Positive attitude, patience, and leadership qualities.
Responsibilities & Context: The Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees, field agents, and retail partners. The role ensures consistent communication of company policies, product knowledge, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing employees/BP/shop owners, field staff, and retail shop partners.
- Design and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and SOP guides.
- Deliver product and process training (e.g., EMI, sales, customer handling, POS operation).
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure training aligns with business goals.
- Support the rollout of new product launches, campaigns, and operational updates through training.
- Provide feedback and continuous coaching to enhance employee and partner performance.
- Prepare periodic training reports and share with management.
