∎ Work environment: Office-based with occasional travel for networking or familiarization trips.
∎ Targets: Sales-based with monthly/quarterly performance goals.
∎ Interaction: Regular communication with customers, partners, and travel vendors.
∎ Skills Required: Sales expertise, negotiation skills, communication, customer service, and knowledge of travel software (GDS, CRM, etc.)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell travel packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour services.
∎ Identify potential clients and convert leads into sales.
∎ Meet sales targets and revenue goals.
∎ Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
∎ Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, travel regulations, and special deals.
∎ Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Assist in online and offline marketing campaigns.
∎ Promote special offers and discounts through social media, emails, and direct calls.
∎ Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance visibility.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and local travel service providers.
∎ Negotiate pricing and exclusive deals with vendors.
∎ Process reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, including visas, insurance, and itineraries.
∎ Keep up with travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing.
∎ Provide insights to improve service offerings.
