Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement according monthly target
∎ Building good relations with customers
∎ Must have good communication skill
∎ Must be honest and intelligent
∎ Monitoring daily sales activity and market visit
∎ KYC information quality check through random verification, indentify fake KYC
∎ Final approval of KYC acceptance (bar code scan) for final customer wallet activation
∎ Manage team members to execute distribution operations within deadlines.
∎ Oversee daily activities of team members and provide assistances whenever needed.
∎ Maintain documentations for products received and shipped.
∎ Conduct trainings to new hires when required.
∎ Review team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
