- 1–3 years of experience in medical device servicing or technical sales (fresh graduates with strong aptitude may also apply).
- Sound knowledge of electronic circuit systems, diagnostics, and instrumentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently for on-site visits and service support.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with ICU equipment, patient monitors, ventilators, or laboratory diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and circuit diagrams.
- Basic sales skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary: Iris Enterprise is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales & Service Engineer with an academic background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical equipment, as well as promoting and selling products to healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Install, calibrate, and provide after-sales service for medical devices at hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
- Sales Activities: Identify client needs, present product features and benefits, and offer customized solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and medical staff.
- Troubleshooting: Respond to technical issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Training: Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on training to end-users. Reporting: Maintain documentation of service logs, customer feedback, and sales visits. Market Intelligence: Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging medical technologies.
