Responsibilities & Context:
- Retail Base Order Collection & Brand Promotion
- Develop strong relationships with retailers to ensure smooth and consistent order collection.
- Actively promote the brand and educate retailers about product features and benefits.
- Software-Based Attendance & Order Submission
- Record daily attendance through the assigned software or system.
- Accurately submit orders using the provided digital platform.
- Timely Daily Market Reporting
- Submit daily market visit reports within the specified timelines.
- Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitor activities, and operational challenges.
- Achieving Daily and Monthly Sales Targets
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on order deliveries and payments to drive business growth.
- Retail Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with retailers to strengthen business relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Market Expansion & New Outlet Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market coverage.
- Increase product penetration in assigned territories through proactive market development.
