∎ Plan and execute Strategies to meet sales target.
∎ Follow up on orders deliveries, Payments to ensure business growth.5.Retail Relationship Management.
∎ Maintain Regular communication with retailers to strengthen business ties.6.Market Expansion & New outlet acquisition
∎ Identify onboard new retail outlets to expand market coverage.
∎ Work on increasing product penetration in assign territories.
∎ 1.Retail Base Order Collection & Brand Promotion
∎ *Develop strong relationships with retailers and ensure smooth order collection.
∎ *Actively promote the brand and educate retailers about product benefits.
∎ 2.Software-Based Attendance & Order Submission
∎ *Ensure daily attendance through the assigned software or system. Accurately submit orders using the provided digital platform.
∎ 3.Timely Daily Market Reporting
∎ *Submit daily market visit reports within the specified timeline.
∎ *Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and challenges.
∎ 4.Achieving Daily Monthly Sales Target
∎ Plan and execute Strategies to meet sales target.
