∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Paint
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find Prospective Clients by regular building visit or door to door field visit.
∎ Ability to achieve the sales & collection target given by the management in a particular area/zone.
∎ Convert potential customer (may be competition brand user) to British Paint's customer.
∎ Building strong network with the painters and make data base.
∎ Collect regular market feedback and inform management accordingly.
∎ Searching & expansion a new market or to find out direct users and sell to them.
∎ Providing weekly/monthly sales & collection planning and forecasting to the management.
∎ Search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint new dealers for coverage.
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares
∎ Analysis competitor's activities and take necessary strategies accordingly in line with company policies.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Goal Oriented
∎ Must have Strong in Communication & have Convincing Skills
∎ Hard Working and eligible to work under pressure.
∎ Energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Honest & Self-motivated.
∎ Willing to visit at dealers point after official hours.
∎ Should be self-driven, sincere, proactive and target oriented.

Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
