Responsibilities & Context:

Educational Qualification

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent with previous exceptional track record in Tele sales.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or field sales

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution sector is preferred

• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets

• Experience with CRM systems and sales software is advantageous

Additional Requirements

1. Excellent verbal communication in Bengali and English

2. Clear and persuasive speaking ability

3. Professional phone etiquette as well as strong resilience and ability to handle rejection

4. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

1. Actively receive and process sales orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.

2. Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

3. Maintain an in-depth understanding of all company products, ongoing promotions, and pricing to effectively present product features, benefits, address customer queries in a persuasive manner

4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in courteous manner, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

5. Accurately record details of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system and prepare daily call reports.

6. Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams for timely product delivery

7. Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

8. Close sales deals and secure purchase orders from retail partners

9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and progress updates

• Salary: Negotiable

• Attractive commission and performance-based incentives will be offered in addition to the base salary.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulatory standards
