• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Target-driven and result-oriented attitude.

• Willingness to travel and relocate to various showroom locations.

• Basic knowledge of paint products or building materials is an added advantage.

• Manage day-to-day sales activities at the showroom and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling.

• Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers based on their needs.

• Maintain proper visual merchandising and cleanliness of the showroom.

• Ensure proper stock management and timely replenishment of inventory.

• Generate and maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.

• Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Attend periodic training and development programs arranged by the company.

• Support new showroom openings and promotional campaigns in different cities as needed.
