Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Target-driven and result-oriented attitude.
Willingness to travel and relocate to various showroom locations.
Basic knowledge of paint products or building materials is an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage day-to-day sales activities at the showroom and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling.
Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers based on their needs.
Maintain proper visual merchandising and cleanliness of the showroom.
Ensure proper stock management and timely replenishment of inventory.
Generate and maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Attend periodic training and development programs arranged by the company.
Support new showroom openings and promotional campaigns in different cities as needed.
