- Good communication and persuasion skills; customer-focused mindset.
- Target-driven, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
- Age: 20–32 years (flexible for strong candidates).
- Having a motorcycle & valid driving license is an advantage.

Our products are distributed nationwide through Pharmacy and Retail Shop networks. To expand our coverage, we are recruiting energetic Sales Representatives.
Job Location: Multiple territories across Bangladesh
Head Office: Plot 194, West Vatara, Natun Bazar, Vatara, Dhaka – 1212
Job Responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies and retail shops daily to generate orders and ensure product availability.
- Achieve monthly sales and coverage targets in the assigned route/territory.
- Open new outlets and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Execute trade promotions and ensure proper merchandising/POSM placement.
- Maintain daily call reports, route plans, and basic collection follow-ups as instructed.
- Share competitor/market information with the line manager on time
