Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Sales operation among Corporate base & Via Building/Site visit.
∎ Plan, organize & develop strategies to ensure the sales target achievement.
∎ Keep update about the competitors' strategies & propose plans to the management regarding market promotional policies.
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for assigned location.
∎ Visit Construction sites, Distributors/Dealer/Shops, Hotel, Restaurant, Hospitals, Corporate office and retailer markets on a regular basis as per assigned Route Chart.
∎ Solve trade queries and handle problems in a professional manner.
∎ Attend monthly Sales conference & Prepare market observation report
∎ Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere effort.
∎ Prepare marketing and promotional campaign. Monitor different promotional offer & trade offer
∎ Prepare monthly reports (sales, collection, and credit) and submit to the management on a regular basis.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pleasant personality with good communication skill.
