Responsibilities & Context:
প্রতিনিয়ত ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে ফোনে কথা বলতে হবে এবং তাদের ফোন কল রিসিভ করতে হবে।
পাবনা সদর ও আশেপাশের উপজেলার কোম্পানিগুলোর সাথে নিয়মিত ভিজিট করতে হবে- যেমনঃ (উদ্যোক্তা, বিভিন্ন শপিং মল/মার্কেট, ব্যাংক-অফিস, ছোট-বড় খামার, বিভিন্ন ফ্যাক্টরি, হাসপাতাল, ডায়গনস্টিক সেন্টার ইত্যাদি প্রতিষ্ঠান) এবং তাদের মালিক/ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর ফোন নাম্বার সংগ্রহ করতে হবে এবং তাদেরকে অবহিত করতে হবে যে, আমরা প্রোডাক্টস বা পার্সেল একই দিনে পিকআপ ও ডেলিভারি নিয়ে কাজ করি।
অনলাইনে অথবা অফলাইনে আমরা যেসব কাস্টমার বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিকট থেকে পণ্য পিক-আপ অ্যান্ড ডেলিভারি প্রদান করে থাকি, তাদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখতে হবে এবং ভালো রিলেশন তৈরি করতে হবে।
ছোট ছোট উদ্যোক্তা যারা অনলাইনে বিজনেস করে পার্সেল বিক্রয় করে তাদের নাম্বার কালেক্ট করা এবং তাদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং অফিসের ডেলিভারি ম্যানদের সাথে সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং তাদের পরিচালনা করা।
