Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, or distribution partners.
Expand market reach in assigned territory.
Retailer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Product Promotion
Educate retailers on new product launches, offers, and schemes.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores.
Order Management
Take and process orders efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of goods.
Follow up on pending orders and payments.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the supervisor.
Inventory & Stock Checks
Coordinate with distributors for stock availability.
Ensure stock levels are adequate at the retailer level.
Team Coordination
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and distribution teams
