Job Summary:

• We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

• Manage inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

• Handle customer objections and ensure customer satisfaction.
