∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular field Visits and develop new prospects.
∎ Pipeline buildup and following up with the prospects in order with maintaining liaison with the line manager.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly activity plan then report it and keep it in own vault and as well as with the line manager.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports by analyzing, collecting, and summarizing information.
∎ Monitor competitor's activity and report to supervisor.
∎ Conduct various market surveys and generate reports on findings.
∎ Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
∎ Any kind of task that supervisor required.
∎ Ensuring and confirming that the respective authority timely receives the required quality and quantity of goods.
∎ Monitor the goods movements and following up of receiving the goods.
∎ Address complain of supplied goods and ensure replacement strategy.
∎ Other functions relevant to develop business and market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and people management-skills.
∎ Good Organizational skills.
∎ Flexible approach, willingness to work under pressure, hardworking and willingness .
∎ Agile and mobile to move anywhere around the city.
∎ sharp memory and friendly attitude.
∎ Having a smart phone is compulsory and bike/cycle would be an advantage.
∎ Fresher's/Newcomers with Strategic multitasking, energetic and entrepreneur spirited are the job's precise demand.
∎ Must have a strong will and motivation to go on field visits every day.
∎ Must have a basic understanding of Ms excel and browsing.
∎ Must have sales/marketing/promotion skills.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ *KPI based performance bonus till 10,000. *T/A, D/A, tour allowance. *Travelling/petrol allowance *If u meet some skills like Photoshop/video/content/Integral editing skills then you would be honored with attractive bonus packages.
