We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and expand our sewing thread brand within the local and national consumer market. The role requires building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, tailoring shops, home-based sewing businesses, factories with small consumption, and other market segments. The ideal candidate will understand consumer behavior, product demand, and local market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular market visits to grow sales and visibility.
• Achieve monthly targets; manage orders, delivery, and payment follow-up.
• Promote brand, collect market insights on customers, pricing, competitors.
• Execute offers, campaigns, and local branding.
• Maintain strong relationships for repeat sales.
• Handle customer queries/complaints.
• Submit daily/ weekly/ monthly sales and feedback reports.
• Coordinate deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Monitor retail stock levels.
• Assist management in sales strategy and planning.
