Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Chakda Steel & Re-Rolling Mills (Privet) Limited (CSRM). Must conduct regular construction site visit.
Visit final consumers like building owners, real estate company and contractors.
Understand customer needs and provide technical and commercial solutions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals effectively.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and plans.
Collaborate with concerned superior team to ensure timely order delivery.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
