Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
∎ Assist customers in finding the right product based on their needs and preferences.
∎ Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
∎ Guiding customers through the purchasing process and ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
∎ Upselling and cross-selling additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Maintaining a tidy and organized sales floor to create an inviting atmosphere.
∎ Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and company policies.
∎ Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Executive or Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ We are looking for a representative, smart, and Responsible person.
∎ S/he must have strong communication skills with a clear voice.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with customers.
∎ Enthusiasm for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
∎ Team player mentality and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve targets.
∎ Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak sales periods.
∎ Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and move furniture when required.
∎ Sales Associates are required to wear a proper uniform during working hours. The uniform is an important aspect of our brand identity and ensures a consistent and professional appearance for our team.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
