- Able to think quickly, suggest sales ideas, and convince customers on the spot.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting sales targets.
- Flexible to work extended hours, peak seasons, or high footfall days.
- Enthusiastic to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Help customers find products that suit their needs and promote upselling when appropriate.
- Share product features and benefits clearly and enthusiastically.
- Ensure the showroom is neat, tidy, and inviting.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Assist with other small tasks as needed.

- Salary: 10000 BDT.
