Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales and acquire sponsors.
∎ Visit different organizations, places, individuals for developing business and creating new clients.
∎ Create, develop and edit original contents for advertisement and make them sponsor-friendly for online marketing.
∎ Manage sales query via web chat, facebook and email.
∎ Follow up with prospective clients and convert them into buyer.
∎ Ensure collection of booking money, down payment and installments in time.
∎ Manage follow-ups, correspondences and documentations with clients on a regular basis.
∎ Monitor, run and response media pages of the organization.
∎ Post contents and update product information on websites and social media.
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns.
∎ Write and optimize contents for websites and social media.
∎ Promote contents on social media marketing and other forms of digital marketing.
∎ Able to make business proposals and do presentations.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analyze business activities.
∎ Respond to social media queries and prepare reports from social media analysis
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by senior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Client Service/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Advertisement Service/ Media Buying / Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company.
∎ Both males and females are encouraged to apply
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office package/Photo editing/video editing and other basic computer skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ A digital sales executive is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day and so good communication skills are a must.
∎ He/she must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow-up calls he/she has to do in order to meet targets.
∎ The job also requires good selling and persuasion skills and thorough understanding of the company offerings.
∎ Ability to negotiate and convince.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work as a team.
∎ Ability to fulfil conditions and meet targets.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ + Incentive on meeting targets.Please write your expected salary within the given range.
