Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take Products order from retail outlets from desired territory
∎ Must move properly around the designated territory and generate sales for the company.
∎ Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers and users.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Solve the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
∎ Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
∎ Develop new dealers
∎ Continuously improve through feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants who all have Cement Industry background will be given preference.
∎ Must have mental preparedness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ In-depth knowledge and skill about Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ Relevant Experience in Cement Industry is a must.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
